Processing time
- Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Shipping time
- Standard shipping to African destinations: 12–14 business days from the date the order leaves our warehouse (after processing).
- Business days exclude weekends and local public holidays at origin and destination.
Shipping methods & tracking
- We ship via trusted international carriers and regional partners. Carrier and service may vary by country.
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use this to monitor progress and estimated delivery.
Shipping costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination country, and chosen service.
- Free-shipping promotions to Africa (if offered) will be shown at checkout and apply only to eligible orders.
Customs, duties & taxes
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
- Customs processing can add extra time to delivery; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Address accuracy
- Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address, including postal code and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
- If a carrier returns an undeliverable package due to an incorrect address or refusal, additional reshipment fees will apply.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

- For damaged items, keep packaging and take photos. Report damage within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Partial shipments
- Orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers if so.

- Expedited options may be available for select destinations at an additional cost. Delivery time will be shown at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy. International return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
